Return Policy


Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to Building for Health - Materials Center immediately.

A return must be approved by Building for Health - Materials Center prior to returning the product in order to receive credit (terms of credit are specified below). For some products sales are final - no returns are allowed. Please contact us prior to purchase for information.

Order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee as well as any related costs. If a shipment is refused or canceled while in transit a 25% restock fee applies plus costs of shipping.

For pre-approved return items; the item must be in original condition, unopened and returned within 15 days of receipt. All goods damaged, opened, or held by the customer for more than 15 days, can not be returned. ALL returns will be assessed a 25% restock fee. No credit will be issued for shipping costs. Returned merchandise will be credited on an in-store account or exchange.
